Scope of supply
A supply usually covers hardware (charging stations), software (the CPO/EMSP platform), the energy part (BESS, DC-DC) and the installation including service. The exact scope is set by the contract and the technical specification.

Price and payment terms
Prices are not published, they are set individually according to the scope of supply. A quotation is issued in response to an enquiry and is valid for the period stated in it.
Delivery times
The delivery date depends on component availability, the construction readiness of the site and the cooperation of the distribution system operator on the grid connection. The specific schedule forms part of the contract.
Warranty and service
Stations are covered by a warranty for the period set out in the contract. The service level (response time, standby cover) is agreed separately in a service agreement.
Complaints
Submit a complaint in writing to the supplier. The procedure, time limits and contact details are governed by the complaints rules, which form part of the contract documentation.
