How we handle data from enquiry forms and from running the charging network.
What data we process
From the enquiry form: your name and company, e-mail, optionally phone and location, the text of your message and a summary of the configuration from the configurator. From running the network: the charging session identifiers needed for billing.
Purpose and legal basis
We process enquiry data in order to handle the enquiry and negotiate a contract, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest. We process operating data in order to perform the contract and to invoice.
Retention period
We keep enquiries for as long as the negotiation requires and then, where a contract was concluded, for the period required by law.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
